This group offers 30-minute sessions consisting entirely of music-assisted relaxation, where the music both cushions and guides to a place of calm and quiet. These carefully crafted and designed experiences are meant to lower blood pressure, heart rate, and cortisol levels, bringing an overall increase in relaxation, which will in turn assist in keeping you holistically healthier.
