Cancellation Policy

If you must cancel your individual session, please do so with more than 24 hour notice so that your appointment can be rescheduled. Please note that rescheduling will always be the first option, as refunds will not be provided. Cancelling with less than 24 hour notice will result in a forfeited session. If you have signed up for a group and need to cancel all sessions within that group, please contact Sarah directly.
